WHERE IS THE ORPHEUM THEATER LOCATED?
The Orpheum Theater is located across from the Roosevelt Hotel at 129 Roosevelt Way, in the heart of the New Orleans theater district.
From the West: Take I-10 East towards New Orleans to exit 234B Poydras St. Continue on Poydras St. and take a left on O’Keefe Ave. The Orpheum Theater will be on your left after O’Keefe Ave. turns into Roosevelt Way.
From the East: Take I-10 West towards New Orleans and take exit 235B to Cleveland Ave. (signs for the Super Dome). Turn right on Cleveland Ave. Take Cleveland Ave. to Loyola Ave (Elk Place) and turn right. Take Loyola Ave. to Gravier St. and turn left. Continue on Gravier St. to Roosevelt Way and turn left. The Orpheum will be on your left.

There are multiple paid parking garages and surface lots available in the immediate vicinity of the Orpheum Theater.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS TO A SHOW?
Tickets are available online at ticketmaster.com and on the Orpheum website on any show page.
To purchase tickets in person, please visit The Orpheum during box office hours which are Fridays, from 10am to 4pm*.
Service charges and facility fees are still applied for box office ticket purchases.
*Note that the Orpheum Box Office is located inside of the lobby, and the box office may occasionally be closed on Wednesday’s because of private events. Notice will be given on social media.

ARE CONCERTS GENERAL ADMISSION OR RESERVED SEATING?
Seating varies by show and will be indicated on the show pages on www.orpheumnola.com and www.ticketmaster.com.
IS THERE ADA SEATING?
ADA seating is available through Ticketmaster for every show, please select the ADA option when purchasing your tickets through Ticketmaster. ADA seating is available on the Orchestra floor as well as on the Gallery level.

WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?
All shows are all ages unless otherwise noted on our website. Show pages on www.orpheumnola.com or Ticketmaster will indicate specific show age requirements. Children of all ages must have a ticket to enter the venue.
IS ID REQUIRED FOR WILL CALL?
When will call is available, ID is required for Will Call ticket pick up. Tickets held for Will Call may be picked up as early as 1 hour before event at the Orpheum Box Office. Will call pickup closes one hour after the main performance begins.
DO I NEED TO BRING AN ID?
You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcohol and a government-issued photo ID is required for all shows.
CAN I SMOKE INSIDE THE VENUE?
No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the venue. A smoking area is provided directly outside the front doors to the venue.
IS THERE RE-ENTRY?
There is no re-entry, and all exits are final (excluding the smoking area).
WHAT IS THE THEATER’S CAPACITY?
The Orpheum can accommodate 1460 (seated) and 1780 (standing) for concerts.

ARE BAGS ALLOWED?
Bags are restricted to one (1) bag (maximum size 14” x 14” x 6”) per person. All bags may be subject to search upon entry. The Orpheum does not provide a bag check, and guests are responsible for their own belongings.
CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?
Specific show photo policies vary for each artist and are determined day of show. No professional cameras or iPads are ever allowed.
